Financial Coordinator: Joanne Thompson, our financial coordinator has been in the orthodontic field for over 25 years. She lives in Wonder Lake with her husband George and four wonderful children. Joanne will be more than happy to assist you with any financial and insurance questions. |

Appointment Coordinator: Deb Morris brings with her over 25 years of orthodontic experience. Originally from Wisconsin, Deb lives in Crystal Lake with her husband Tim and has 2 children. She is also a proud grandmother of 3 grandchildren. |

Jory Moore has worked with Dr. Cheng for over 10 years and resides in Crystal Lake.She has a daughter Samantha who has an amazing smile thanks to Dr. Cheng! Jory looks forward to meeting you and answering any questions that you may have. |

Linda Bichler has been in the orthodontic field for over 25 years. She is very detail orientated and you will meet her at your initial records appointment. She is married to Dean and lives in Crystal Lake with their 3 children. |

Tatyana Veledchuk has been with our office for over 5 years and lives with her husband and 2 children. Tatyana is eager to meet you and assist Dr. Cheng with your treatment. |

Tammy has been a clinical coordinator at Cheng Orthodontics for more than five years. She has two children, a 16 year old girl and a 12 year old boy. Tammy has lived in McHenry for 17 years. She loves working in the orthodontic field because it gives her the opportunity to build a long term relationship with our patients and watching their smiles become more beautiful! |

Jill Peterson has over 15 years experience in the orthodontic field. She lives in Cary with her husband and 2 sons, Bryce and Corey. She enjoys travelling, skiing, snowboarding, scuba diving and wake boarding. |

Kristina Culic has loved her job as an orthodontic assistant since her first day at Cheng Orthodontics. She resides in the Rockford area with her family and enjoys traveling with her husband Nikola. She looks forward to interacting with our patients and parents, and witnessing the make over of our patient's smile. |
